BALLROOM WEDDING WITH A custom TRUSS OF HANGING FLORALS OVER A 20 ft mirrored dance floor

Theodora & Yinka are one of the most down-to-earth couples and we wished to bring the two a memorable affair strewn with elegance and romance that would be an accurate representation of their love story.
Each table was adorned with bespoke acrylic stationery flown in from Russia with high centrepieces in a cream colour palette which set the most romantic backdrop. With the hip swaying live musical talents of the Sound house band, a custom dance floor installation was a must. It remained the hottest spot of the entire night as the couple and their guests danced into the early hours of the morning!

PART OF A LEGACY

SOUTHWARK CATHEDRAL

We love when AFTR couples choose a venue with historical significance. Theodora & Yinka had their ceremony in the stunning Southwark Cathedral- believed to be over 1000 years old and one of the most well known cathedrals of London today. The whole setting was one of sophisticated elegance and grace. When saying "I do" here, you really feel that you are becoming part of a long standing legacy and history of the cathedral.

THE HIGHLIGHTS

Our experience with AFTR has been incredible. Gabby was a pleasure to work with throughout the year of planning and she chose similarly warm, professional and lovely members of staff to work within her team. Communication was excellent and Gabby was there for us whenever we needed. We got to know Gabby so well over the planning process. Our wedding was such a fantastic day and went so smoothly thanks to AFTR’s excellent selection of vendors for us to choose from and brilliant on the day coordination. We had so much positive feedback from our wedding guests about Gabby’s team and we’re thankful to have had chosen AFTR to plan our wedding. A huge thank you to Gabby and the AFTR team (particularly Oyinkan who was a great help on the day of the wedding).
