Our most comprehensive planning package- we support you from the very start of your intention to marry till after your wedding day!
We start by listening to your story, your dreams and needs. We consult with you to help shape your ideas into a bespoke concept unique to you and plan out your budget providing the practical foundations to the creative vision. Most importantly, we share creative ideas, moodboards and experiences to evoke the 5 senses for a memorable event. At A Flair to Remember, we truly value guest experiences and we take you through our signature planning process that ensures we transform your celebration into an unforgettable memory for everyone. If you haven't booked a venue yet (even better), we help you source the perfect one that matches your vision and select the right vendors to bring that to life. Our clients love how stress-free we make the entire process and we have regular meetings so you remain up to date at every stage. We oversee the delivery of your wedding from scheduling the detailed itinerary, to seamlessly co-ordinating guests, vendors and production on the wedding day. You get to enjoy your dream day completely, knowing that every single detail is expertly taken care of.

It has been a while since our big day yet the guests and wedding party are still discussing our wedding!
4-6 Weeks before the wedding day
This service is for couples who have planned the wedding fully and just need support on the day to manage the production, logistics and schedule. But honestly, it’s not as simple as waltzing in on the morning of the wedding. We will do a comprehensive hand-over about 4 weeks before your wedding day. From there we will do a site visit, create a fully detailed itinerary for the day and manage communications with your vendors to ensure they’re clear on your briefs and organise the logistics to support production on the day. Not only will you have a stress free time leading up to the wedding, on the day itself you can relax and fully enjoy yourselves, knowing that everything is being taken care of and co-ordinated by the AFTR team.
